Who are you?
I'm a Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychologist with a particular focus on people as unique essences of life. I live in Rimini and I love to enjoy my life trying to exploit its best in terms of social interactions, discoveries, work and growth opportunities. I build myself in everyday life with my mistakes, experiences, irony and especially crazyness.

What would you redesign?
People and organization approach to work and private issues in order to make them live an healthy and satisfying life.

What's your hidden passion?
Living as a musician, travelling and jamming around the world accompanied by my beautiful guitar. Surrounded by music and ethnic diversity.

What's your BHAD (Big Hairy Audacious Dream)?
A new system of interaction in work and private life which is based on mutual trust, commitment, positivity and respect of the people and the natural environment we are living in.
