Embedded Design Thinking program is the best solution to truly foster Design Thinking within an organization, by hosting several students from diverse fields of study to join the company as interns to work on a Design Thinking project.
Working in collaboration with the company, the team gather contextual knowledge, generate insights and test ideas to create innovative and sustainable visualisations of the future that illustrate how, why and where their service, product or brand needs to be in relation to markets & consumers’ future needs.
The participating students work independently on the challenges assigned to them by the organization, but during their stay our university coaches facilitate the teams throughout the Design Thinking process. Being close to the company and to the people working there is the key success factor for the delivery of innovative but user-centered prototypes.
