Who are you?
I am Alessia, I am 24 years old and I come from Correggio, a small town near Reggio Emilia. I am studying management engineering and I’m attending my last year of the master degree.

What would you redesign?
I would like to design a working system based on the idea that also students or people just graduated are able to build and create valuable things. A system that invests on young adults and gives them responsibility.

What's your hidden passion?
My hidden passions (not so hidden) are traveling, eating and reading books.

What's your BHAD (Big Hairy Audacious Dream)?
I would like to travel in every country and discover new cultures and lifestyles meeting new people. I think that these kind of experiences can open my mind and make me a better person.
