Who are you?
I'm 26 years old, designer and world observer by choice and necessity. I was born and raised in the Italian countryside, then I decided to explore the big world and spend some times in Asia. I am in love with design research and design thinking and I consider myself a service design evangelist. I spend a lot of time dealing with technology, entreprenurial culture and social innovation trying to blend the physical and digital world to create better experiences.
What would you redesign?
Public services and public administrations: the way they are conceived, designed and managed. And Trenitalia website.
What's your hidden passion?
Learning. I never and I can't stop learning.
